Founded in 2004, LifeOptions Group set out to introduce a new standard in behavioral healthcare delivery by providing a one-of-a-kind continuum of support across self-directed, group, and professional modalities.

Our history as a leader in the field of clinical sciences has provided us with the experience necessary to create newer, faster, and better ways of providing those we serve with sound guidance for improving personal well-being and productivity.
LifeOptions currently serves some of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations by providing them with the web platform used by their providers to deliver coaching services to hundreds of employees typically working in Fortune 500 companies. In addition to licensing large insurers and their providers to use their web application they also provide specialized "SleepCoach" services to sleep clinics and their patients. In 2010 they are also providing organizations and consumers alike with access to services through what will become an international network of LifeOptions providers.
